This was with a "Monster" prototype woofer -- not a production speaker.

Interestingly... with all my tweaks to the Z v.2 prototype it was doing the same numbers per watt up to 2500 watts (I stopped measuring with the Monster at that point). So... I may be able to match this with a full production trim Z v.2 driver.

Previous best was 154.9 with an 18v electrical system and two SAZ-3000Ds on the sub... this time I am on 12v but with two SAZ-4500Ds (power is similar).

I haven't played with front to back box positioning since I built the new amp rack (yah, slacking... I know) -- but I'll work on that a bit when I get time and see if I can increase this.

I have six Stinger SPV-70s -- the lower end Stinger batteries.

I have it running but only @ idle.

I didn't measure voltage drop but my needle on the dash was pretty low when the burp was done //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I'd guess into the high 10s or low 11s.

I have a few other things I can do that I haven't done yet... when I did the 154.9 score I had 0.1 dB gain in putting another piece of PVC along the bottom of the port too. Haven't tried that again lately.

I didn't put the clamp back in when I moved from one 4500D to two... so no, I didn't measure. It would be somewhere from 8 - 10kw, though.
