New L7s Setup ... PICS***

this is my first box that i made....so far i am happy with the way it sounds...

my previous setup was 2 audiobahn eternal 12s in a smaller ported box...they sounded better sq wise lol...the l7s move alot more air...im thinkin of going with a smaller box tho...

The box seems fine for those subs...why go smaller? Space? SQ? If I were you , I would go sealed if your going to make it too small and want a little SQ....

my friend has 2 05l7's in his rsx with a 5.0ctf box and a planet audio 1250 nd his is crazy loud...

that is the exact same thing i thought when i saw that...

is the box 6 ft^3 AFTER port and driver displacement? that's pretty f*cking big for solos isnt it? i thought 2.25~2.5 ft^3 NET per driver was ideal..

either way, very sick...

yea they are 12s...

its a 6cuft box .... jus one big chamber....im guessin its tuned around 32 - 35hz...at least that what i was aimin for when i built the box....i still need to mess wit my amp and really tune it up

btw the port is 5inch

uhh i wanted to go mayber like a foot cube smaller....i was thinkin if i did that it might get alittle more punchy....the way it is now is jus straight BASS....when it drops low my hatch flaps around lol...ill post a vid up soon of it...
