New L5 or old L7?

which one should i get? the new L5 is a little cheaper than the old L7, and it has the new style cone and appears to have the solox style motor that is on the new L7. the old L7 has RMS of 1000 and the new L5 has an RMS of 750.

i have about 1000 to 1200 watts each.

I would opt for the L7's myself...

Well, it depends on what size you're looking for. I would go w/ the old L7s myself. I got a buddy w/ a supra who had 3 of the new 10" L5s, and I have 3 10" old L7s in an eclipse. My L7s sounded louder and cleaner than his L5s.
