New kicker comp vx

I have heard that these were built on the suspension of the old solos. Any one have a chance to check these out yet? I want to hook up my 06 G6 with 2 15's that will put me in the high 140's with good sq. I thought about giving these a try.

I would highly recommend giveing these subs a try-out they look very appealing but correction on part there on the motor as the new solo-l7's not the old and they might be able to give you the numbers in that car as wanted high 40's but one thing is for sure they will have good sq.

HMMMM Are they out yet? I think I am going to give these a try. I was leaning tward the type r's then I was looking into gti's or 2 12" w7's again. The new XXX would be awesome if it would ever come out.

i heard the cvx 12 in my local shop it sounded good and got loud in the shop.then we put it in my 00 eclipse with 1000 rms with a obcon 3 cubes ported enclosure. it was pretty loud sounded decent also but imo doesnt touch the l7 in spl. little over priced but decent woofer also bottoms out a little easier then the l7

thats the kind of info i was looking for. i may wait til we get one in so i can hear it first hand as well.

What were they asking for these in a 15? And what other sub would you recomend for a high 140 - low 150 sql system. Daily driver. under 2000 watts, in a pair of 12's or pair of 15's in a box around 8 cubes or less. It might be ported through the rear deck of a pontiac g6 sedan. The seats lay down so I might just keep the rear deck intact.

the CVX is better suited sealed over the L7, and if someone bottoms it out, that's user error, not equipment.
