It doesnt vibrate at all... take weatherstripping and run along the outside of it, the box is made from MDF, covered in carpet then diamond plate was applied.

Other parts of the car probably resonate much more than the box; Figure that diamond plate is thick, rigid, and well, has those diamond-shapes. That probably aides against flexing and resonance.

Love the setup; That scuff is amazing, it looks so bad in pictures, but in person it's like "oh. that's all?"
