New install, getting feedback in my system...help

i recently installed my system in my newest car, 93 probe and i am getting alot of feedback in my speakers... such as when i rev my engine up the noise gets louder and when it idles its lower, when i turn the car off its perfectly fine, sounds great, but when the car is on it makes this annoying noise through my speakers that i cant stand..im thinking bad ground?
