Bet it is a winner... the whole assembly you can take apart and paint the basket however you like! Man I know ID would not call it an IDQ unless it is one bad @ss sounding sub...

$300 i think is too much for a IDQ, since the old IDQ were $200

I would like to see it compared with a FIQ.
