just got done buying a house off my mother's highschool friend's mother... she had to go into a retirement home.... house was appraised for 125,000 and she sold it to me for 100 even.. so i allready made 25,000 just buying the place.

2 story house. 500 sq ft. up stairs 600 sq ft down stairs, 2 car ( deep ) garage with automatic opener. screened in rear porch over looking south ogden golf course. nice back yard.

gunna flip this house. got a new fernice, duct's, hot water heater with digital water softner, gunna get new carpet laid.. the house as of last year had new window's, roof, and sideing put on it..

got allot of plans. and pretty excited to be a home owner at 22 years old..

i just got the key's for it this morning.. once i get off work im going to run over there and take pictures.. and will post them later.

gunna do a video security system. one at the frnt door, one at the back door. and one over the garage overlooking the driveway..

That is a small ass house. I've seen bigger card board boxes.

it's a little bigger then what i said.. i just assumed on that sq ftage....

i just cant wait to sneek out and play 9 holes in the summer for free.... and throw egg's at golfers...

Congrats on the purchase! Very few 22 year olds can say they have a house in their name!

And ditch the eggs. Fog horns are where it is at. I worked at a golf course for the past 3 summers and we had teens doing it twice. We wanted to, but my boss told us we better not or he'd fire us. Golfers trip the heck out when you hit the horn in their backswing. Its on one of the jackass movies too.

yea.. ive been looking for a house over a year now... the sq ft is a little bigger then what i said..

and i get more joy out of blasting someone with an egg then blairing a fog horn... but either or is still fun shananagins!

nice. Houses are definantly a good investment. One piece of advice though, dont sell for atleast 5 years. Get some good equity into it, wait for this mortgage crisis to alleviate, and then sell it. Bad time to sell right now, great time to buy!

You dont have to have a driver's license, just some sort of state ID, and they don't do background checks.

yea i plan on holding on to it for at least 5 years.. gunna do ALLOT of remodeling and finish the basment and do a home theater down there.. got allot of plans for it.. it's nice cause allot of the expensive **** is out of the way. and new! ( roof, sideing, window's, water heater, softner, ect) i just got the key thismorning.. i cant wait to get the **** out of our shithole apartment and be able to listen to music and movie's loud!!!

Definantly nice when you dont have to do much except put your own touches in it. Mine was basically remodeled before i bought it as well, only thing i have to do is a new roof within the next 3 years and build a fence (for the doggies.) Everything else is done.
