Interesting. As a fugitive of the law with no driver's license, how did you get approved for the mortgage?

You dont have to have a driver's license, just some sort of state ID, and they don't do background checks.

all in all my mother know's allot of people out here.. so her friend is a owner of a big mortgage company out here and hooked me up!

good to here another 22 year old cat doin big things!!!yea i plan on holding on to it for at least 5 years.. gunna do ALLOT of remodeling and finish the basment and do a home theater down there.. got allot of plans for it.. it's nice cause allot of the expensive shit is out of the way. and new! ( roof, sideing, window's, water heater, softner, ect) i just got the key thismorning.. i cant wait to get the **** out of our shithole apartment and be able to listen to music and movie's loud!!!

Definantly nice when you dont have to do much except put your own touches in it. Mine was basically remodeled before i bought it as well, only thing i have to do is a new roof within the next 3 years and build a fence (for the doggies.) Everything else is done.

I recommend finding a realtor that actually knows what they are talking about and see what the house is worth fixed up. I wouldn't put too much money into the house. And I definitely wouldn't spend anything unless I was would see a nice return.
