Ok guys, this is my first post and it will probably be too long... I have a 2005 Ford SuperDuty crew cab short box, 10" lift 40" tires.. I love my truck, and currently I have some crappy aftermarket speakers in all 4 doors being powered by my Rockford Power 400-2 amp. I also have 2 10" Memphis subs in a sealed box behind the rear seat powered by some crappy MTX amp. Everything was in the truck when I bought it except the Rockford amp that I added. Anyways, I am looking to do some upgrading here. I am looking at getting another Rockford Power amp, either the 1500 or the 600-2. Any thoughts on those?? Also I will be upgrading all 4 door speakers and looking into getting some component speakers. I talked to a few guys at my local audio shop and he suggested the Rockford Power 6.5", any thoughts?? Also I am looking into getting 3 new 10" subs which will be powered by my new amp purchase (1500 or 600-2) Again the guy I talked to suggested going with some JL 10w1v2. Now I obviously don't have a ton of space behind my backseat so keep this in mind for any suggestions. I was looking around at the JL 13tw5 subs... I know this is a lot of random info. but any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks alot guys

You should get the Rockford 1500 to run all 3 subs.

and go with audioque Sdc2.5 10" they are only 129

and they are way louder than the jl. Like very significantly

louder. like one of these would beat 2 of the jl's.

And for speakers the component 6.5 power series rockford

fosgates are a very good low cost component set. Dont go with

the punch series unless you don't have enough money. Don't go

cheap on your system. Try to make the best improvements you can.

Also buy everything online buy the audioque's on AudioQue.com

and buy the components and amplifier at sonicelectronix.com

You will have 1 year standard waranty and an option for an extended waranty.

You will see it is anywhere from 50 - 100 dollars cheaper online.

Sonicelectronix is a very reputable website that sells car audio equipment

everyone knows of them.

Good Luck,

Hopefully you take my advice,

Thanks man...Any other input or suggestions guys??? Help me out here I am getting anxious to buy some stuff //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I am in the market for some component 6.5"s as well. I have gotten a huge response to check out the image dynamics as well as the hybrid audio speakers. They seem pretty **** sweet. May want to check them out.
