I finally got my amp back and the BTL slamming away now. I guess I'll have to wait and pull it out in a few weeks and see if my are even slapping that bad.

Nothing wrong with the old leads if settings are set up properly..

This is more of a running order change to help out the DAF //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

i dont know man. you know i love Fi and have nothing against you guys, but honestly i have never had a woofer do the same things i have seen my btl do.

btw, i have no idea what DAF stands for //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

It's one of those things if you have to ask..

Something as simple as a subsonic filter will bring a btl to it's knees...granted i've slammed the hell out of them with the cone landing on the basket and never broken a tinsel...

But...it'l never happen again now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

ok, then i wont ask lol

but anyways, i had my ssf on the kicker setup (ssf is an on/off switch and its set to 25hz from the factory) in a 33hz tuned box. i never did play under tuning either really.

but then again, i did buy the subwoofer used, and it was reconed by TC sounds (thats what the previous owner said), so who knows. maybe since it wasnt their product they didnt check to make sure the tinsels were the right length //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif.

thats a tall coil...secsy

I havnt had a problem with mine, well that i know of

If i was buying subs again, i would probably get more BTLs if they fit the bill for what i need, love them
