new chrysler vehicle audio hook up

Here in australia we just receive the new Chrysler Vogager & Neon and we don't have any info on how to put new head unit into the vehicles. When we try to replace the head unit the vehicles can not start as the radio headunit somehow is connect to the vehicles ecu system.
