new cell phone. any ideas?

ok guys, i'll be getting a new cell phone next month when my contract is up. (11 months with t-mobile and you get to upgrade phones). so i was wondering what phone should i get? something no more than say $220 (maybe a lil more if it's worth it).

i have the v3 razr now and it's overrated, breaks very easily and just sucks. it's not worth what you pay for it.

if anyone knows of any cheap pdas, or a sidekick 3 or something post it up. but i'm looking for ideas to what to buy or look for.

and it has to be compatible with T-MOBILE. (been with them for 3 years now).

I haven't noticed any difference and I use about 8000 minutes a month. I have the Nextel 7520.

i am diggin the samsung phones tho. only thing i prefer tho, is that it be flip phone or something like that cuz i'd hate to accidentally dial someone or answer a call when the phone is in my pocket.

I have a RAZR V3 and have not had a single problem with it yet. maybe yours is just a piece of shit or you don't take care of it.

seriously, almost every phone i've had has been damaged somehow.

got my 3595 wet on the water ride at frontier city (never had a problem before in my cargo pocket, but put it in my normal pocket and ****ed it up bad)

my 6010 dropped in my friend's toillet, managed to salvage it and it worked perfectly (except for the screen had a "shadow" image of an alien face on it) after pulling everything out and letting it set out and dry for a while. was in a car accident (friend's vehicle not mine) and it was ****ed up after that accident.

the v3 i've had since august, dropped it probly

Not even taking care of... i work in an install bay and mine falls out of my pocket all the time on concrete floor and it's still fine... *knocks on wood*
