Newbie to car stereos, at least in this decade! Just bought a car and the PO had the stereo upgraded with an Audiopipe APSM-2125 1200W amp and what looks like Treo RSX 5" speakers (covers say Vibe Black Air). The configuration is a two seat convertible, the two rear speakers are in an enclosure between the seats, stacked. There are two 6.5" speakers in the door, with 2 - 2" tweeters up in the far upper door corner also. The stereo is a stock Blaupunkt unit. Currently the fader, when moved to the front, just goes silent, no front speaker output. I'm going to have the head replaced with something (single DIN) with a touch screen, bluetooth, etc. but wonder if I should scrap everything else too. Guys with similar cars are pointing me toward 5" Focal subs and Hertz or Focal 6.5" door speakers but the Amp no one ever heard of.. so what should I do? I would like a pop-up screen that can mirror my Android, i.e display Google Maps, etc.

Thanks!
