stop flamin and start thinkin, no matter what u say and what u think the rules are there if u dont obey them you will be ****ed by em belive it or not, cops love to give out tickets even if its for u drivin the speed limit, anythin that they can come up wit to give u a ticket they will........now that said and i really think all the sound laws passed are retarded.......but NAH why would this be right? we live "in the land of the free" with laws of slaves **** em blast ur shit as loud as u can HAHA =) just a thought

Around here cops arent to crazy about handing out noise violation tickets. Matter of fact in my town, as long as your inside the actual city as in the commercial areas at night with a system you can play it as loud as you want they dont really care. Just as long as you dont overdo it and be responsible like turn it down at stop lights, etc. Matter of fact one of the main parking spots in my town is the gravel city hall parking lot and theres always tons of people parked there and we usually listen to and test out our systems there right beside city hall...and they never do a thing about it. When you get out in residential areas though thats when they will get you.

As for me, I usually dont listen to my system over half-2/3 volume the whole time im riding around...even with the windows up. I just dont like to disturb people, plus even though I know how are local cops are, im still paranoid about getting a noise violation ticket, even though if you do get one its usually just like a warning or 25 bux...nothing big.

Its Rogersville Al, Pop of about 5000. My location says Anderson but I just live in Anderson, its about 6 miles away, more rather its considered a suburb of Rogersville.

Well.....My mother who has cancer is sleeping in that time frame because her chemo medication makes her weak and constantly fatigued. Both of my children are alseep at some point within that time frame (and you don't want to deal with a crabby 6 month old that was woken up against his will). Someone working 3rd shift is asleep within that time frame. My grandparents take a nap within that time frame because they are older and tire easily. Shall I continue..........
