this thing was designed w/ a 6db gain and a flat response from 30 all the way to 100:up2somet:

and the best part is...i've never heard any thing so "punchy". that was my main goal. i could play rap loud as hel, but rock...mainly the kick drum, was kinda lacking. now it feels like its kicking you inthe back of the head!

Any reason why you chose 85 hz for your peak? I know that dbdrag doesn't allow any higher freq's than 80 hz.
hmmmm...i didn't know that.

i'll talk to the guy that designed the box...maybe i can slap some kinda "cover" over some of the port, to tune it down to at least 80. i was playing w/ some tones today...and OMG 90Hz feels like some one is pressing on your head. it hurts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I personally love the waves of 20-30 more than the kick in your head high ones..I love the low lows //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

yeah that could be a big problem...also im into really low bass not the bass comming from that box.

this thing isn't a narrow range bandpass. F3 is somewhere around 24Hz.

flat responce from 30-100. this is more of an SQL box than SPL. every song sounds so different. like my ported box would POUND on the lows, then the higher bass would kinda fade out(50+Hz) well this one plays all the notes the same. and its so tight!

here is a lot more pics.....i still need to carpet it, and cut the "trim" pieces. and i still have to make a cover piece for the amps. i'm just gonna cut some wood and carpet it and flush mount the amps in an amp wall //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
