First off, there's not enough information.

Second, that port looks off.

I'm not sure because you barely gave us any of the actual measurements.

info tuning port area masurements onnnnn the port stuff specifically also I am from norwalk ohio so bump for you..

well the port is 7.5"h x 40"w x 15.5 d

it supposed to be 22 cubes at 35 hz

build it loke tha tand it will break apart.

you need to double up on all the walls, including the port

that will change the measurements quite a bit

Bracing was accounted for but was not included in the design sketch. Bracing from side to side and top to bottom will be more than enough.

didnt know that

but still, a box for 4 18's single paneled braced all to hell is still gonna have a good bit of movement imo.

if you are going to stick with the single paneling all the way around, id go with birch for the build....more expensive, but much more rigid

it's not about it breaking apart really. it's about the panels flexing, which changes the volume and tuning as it flexes.
