New battery for Mustang?

I'm trying to find a good battery to use with my new 240A alternator, but the stock size battery is a group 58 and it doesn't seem that any of these deep-cycle or high-powered starting batteries make anything in a group 58 size. Anyone know what will fit in the stock location without modifying anything?

They should have something close to a group 58

Just find the dimensions of your battery and see if anything from those guys matches

or go generic OEM...batteries are batteries, it's the design that counts and not the brand.

My buddy threw a redtop in his mustang... hes really happy with it. Running around 1000wrms.

I was told specifically NOT to run a red-top with the 240A Iraggi alternator by Dominick himself....so I'm staying away from that option. I'll check that out Jack....thanks.

Well, I just bought that Hawker Odyssey battery above for $105, so we'll see how it turns out.
