yuh it will fine if the sub is wired to 4 ohms........i would get the 1500.1 on 2 ohm and then if u ever wanna upgrade get another cvx the same as the one u got now wire them together to 1 ohm and the pair will be getting 1500rms and it will beat down majorly lol

2 CVX's on a Crunch PZi1500.1 wired to 1 ohm will not be getting 1500w rms. More like around 1300-1400. Which is why the PZi3000.1 with a properly set gain will be a much better choice.
