new amp should i get it?

i know i know it might be sold out but seeing as my sub is 250 watts rms and 500 peak and I have 2 would getting this 900watt amp blow them up?! seriously (at 2 ohms)

B/c the amp doesn't run at one level... It's what you set it at... Also that amp doesn't do 900w... More like 450?

i think that 900 watts is a lie ooo wait it says X300DP the one on the site is 300XD or am i wrong? if it says 300 in the name then its 300 watts right?

I agree with rumtillidie.

Futurshop is saying that this amp is 900w. But according with the manufactures web site its only 300w. I think here they made a typo and i would trust the manufacture spec over futurshop anyday. I had false advice and advertising from them on many ocassion. But if u are looking for an upgrade here a good rule of thumb. it is best to build your car sound system arround your speekers. For a sub for example get the one you want and build an enclosure that is made for its spec and dimention. then you should chose an amp that is made for that type of speeker.
