new amp noise

I have a loud hum thru my speakers when the headlights are turned on or if I hit the brake pedal. I have the power cable ran on the opposite side as the speakers, I have tried new grounds, I tried a temporary power cable ran outside the car, ran rca's from the head unit. still nothing works. I am installing in a 2012 chevy cruze on the factory head unit. anyone have any ideas??
