new amp no sound

i have a hifonics 1208d mono amp and my subwoofers are wired for a 1 ohm load on the amp. the amp powers on but no sound from the woofers. dont i just run the rca wires like a normal amp what am i doing wrong?

speaker wires attached?

Check your wirings on the sub, the RCAs, wiring from sub to amp. Check and double check
