new amp help

hey i just hooked up my new xenon 600.1 up tonite to my 2 jl 12w3's. its nothing spectacular but i wanted a little something. anyways i have no idea how to set the amp or "gain i guess" theres like 5 diffrent knobs and i dont know what they do or how i should set them. i dont really want to use the amp until i have it set up right please help.
