I see Memphis saying completely redesigned, anyone know if the specs are changed? They finally added a dual 4, wondering if i can do a swap in my current box.

it was in this months issue of Car Audio magazine... its all black with a thicker "M" basket and a oversized gaudy magnet boot.. fairly impressive.. not as impressive looking as Massive audio's new woofers

the specs on the new mojos are (rms/peak) 500/1000 for the 10 and 1000/2000 on the 12 and 1500/3000 on the d2/d4 and 2000/4000 on the q1 15s all have a 228 ounce magnet as well http://www.memphiscaraudio.com

I work at a audioshop now, and we are a huge memphis dealer up here, and im doing an install in the demo car this weekend with the new 12" mojos, two of them on a mojo 4kw, they have stiffer spiders, and they look sweet, they didnt change to much, but they make 10" mojos, dual 4 and dual 2ohm mojos now, and a quad 15" 2000wrms mojo now, but like the older M3 mojos they will take alot more than what there rated!!!

Are you able to post the specs for me? just out of curiousity, I run memphis for my daily speakers and normally every few months i'll blow them intentionally, just to get new stiffer ones. I'm being cautious about blowing them now because i'd hate to not get back the same underrated cones that i had before.. How much did it change the specs and is the specs on the D2 different than the D4? I know for a fact i could run 3000 watts to a single mojo and not have any problems with the old one, just trying to be safe

By specs i mean technical specs, RMS i'm counting on throwing out the window

O the new ones are the same, they just changed the cones, and baskets, other wise there the same motors, and they feel alot stiffer than the 2007 models, they rate the mojos at 1000wrms for 12s, 500wrms for 10s, and 2000wrms now for the 15s, and we are putting a memphis 4kw on two 12s this weekend!!!! *******

As soon as i fit this sexy box in the back of my car, which someone is holding for me, i'll probably run a single quad 1 ohm mojo off a sundown 3k for daily //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif.. Have to remove one of the front seats to fit the box, its a total of 9 cubic feet before port displacement and i think 5 after? huge port..

Okay, so theres no way to contact memphis.. any of the dealers have any input? I don't feel like emailing them and waiting forever, and i would think Memphis would have SOME type of contact information.. They're too lazy to have someone to answer the phones, which kinda pisses me off.

Got them on the phone.. they told me to go look at the manual because nobody knowledgeable is in til the afternoon. Actually helpful because i didnt think of going and checking how they changed the manual.
