i took it upon myself to conduct a "scientific" experiment. yea, its true, they do grow on you. i just looked at it for a couple hours on and off, and they look pretty descent now.

well we needed to change the cone design, so they just now reflect more like the other stuff.

The SX's IMHO are still better looking that any other amp out there, and have more features than any with the DSP. The Solo X's remain the same, the SS componets are awesome looking...the new Resolutions look alot like them without the cone color.

Feedback after the show yeaterday, reps and dealers are liking the new looks, adn wiring. But with any changes, you always have some that like and some that don't...

and these were waaaay under development before we thought of CC...CC doesn't desihn products, they just sell them. It was our decision on looks, cosmetics and performance.

its all about how they perform, not how they look, and kicker subs definately perforum, if ur buying a sub for how it looks u might as well jsut buy an audiobahn something.

No, I would rather not buy audiobahn. I don't like how they look or how they perform. Thanks anyways. The kickers do look a little better after a little visual staredown, but I still like clean and simple. RE makes the best looking as far as I am concerned, and I don't even run RE equip.

Ahmen brother! So much crap going out these days that I am having to turn to home audio gear to get clean looking and sounding speakers without 80000ounce magnets, chrome plated coned with flashing lights, 16 voice coils, 36" mounting depth, spare tire surrounds and an efficiency rating of 60db@10000w/1m... Companies are all bling now and forgetting about music.

there's a reason why I own a lot of "unassuming" products - NAD integrated amp, Shiva, eD e12a...all excellent products, no bling...no problem.
