It's in perfect condition and has never been used. I have no idea about the warranty, I received the sub in adires box with no paper work. The only person that can vouch for me is OLD_SCHOOL, and the only thing I did with him was send him 10 bucks through paypal for the box plans. All I can give you is my word. I have never sold anything online before but have purchased many items through ebay and other online stores and I know what is to be expected of sellers. I really need to sell this sub because my mom is now getting angry that I bought the sub in the first place, when I really have no money to spend.
