Don't really matter on what you get, it's all based on preferences.

 
I would get an ssd but they cost more than a new computer currently lulz. Im snatching a mac book on the cheepz and it needs some storage. The samsungs were in line with the scorpio blacks but like 15 bucks cheaper. Never run a samsung either but i did notice on one at work that they dont even use their own chips which is weird.
Will probably go with the WD Scorpio Black 500gb 7200rpm 16mb cache
I run an external 1.5TB Seagate Barracuda. 32Mb cache, 7200RPM. I think I paid right around $80 for it brand new with warranty.
