I'm getting 2 rocksford fosgate P2D2's and am looking for a somewhat budget friendly amp. My budgets around 750 for everything and would naturally stay around the low side of it but I don't want to cut down on quality by any means. I've had one set up before but didn't comprise it myself so any tips and knowledge would not but turned away, so any information about anything is welcome.

you dont want dual 2 ohm subs, you'll need to find a 2 ohm stable amp if thats the case and those cost more money. The P2 subs are all plastic, no motor, trash value for what they are worth. These monsters will absolutely smash the p2s in every way possible for the same pricing new.

This amp is the best deal right now.

Build your own ported box around 50 dollars in materials, have home depot cut it for you if you dont have tools then glue and screw, borrow a jigsaw and cut the subwoofer hole and you done.

thats 470 ish dollars so far, you have extra money for a rear trunk battery, yes you'll want a trunk batt.  The rest is for an amp kit.

I'd also recommend that at the very least, you deaden the doors with some sort of mass layer like this Siless Max 120 mil (3mm) 30 sqft Car Sound...

They should work. I have 6.5s in my lower door to replace the 8" subs that came with my mustang. They are fantastic, and outperform the 6 x 8s...

You got plenty of space 30"h x 40.5"w x 65"d even triple baffled, double walled with bracing. What vehicle is this going in may I ask?

Doors and dash? Year, make and model of the car? Amplification? Midranges or coaxials? Need some more specifics about what if anything is already...
