Needing more bass put of 6.5 speakers

My wife drives a 08 Rav4 and she is wanting more bass. I dread the idea of putting a amp in it and wanting suggestions on replacement speakers that give out good bass on factory head unit. I guess going to have ti throw some sound deading i it to so any suggestions on minimal amount that will make noticeable differences.

None of that will provide any substantial increase in bass, deadening and power will increase midbass performance but not actual bass. you need a sub plain and simple. Most aftermarket speakers have considerably less bass than factory speakers as well.

Yeah, a sub is what she needs. Doesn't have to be huge or expensive, but it'll be way better than new door speakers
