Needing Help wiring Monsoon System

I have a 2001 Grand Am with a Monsoon System. I am having problems with wiring the Amp properly. I think the RCA Conveter is hooked up in the wrong place. When the system is on, the amp gets really hot and melts the fuse, I think the fuse melts because I bought some cheap fuses and the net, if I would have bought regular fuses they would have blowen instead of melting. My questions is how do I hook - up the RCA converter Line so this won't happen???

that has nothing to do with the RCAs it has some thing to do with the amp and its power.

It may be your gain setting; if it's too high, it will **** up too much current and the fuse will blow. It may also be that your grounds aren't correct or are too small. The line out converter has nothing to do with it.
