Needing advice about using my zx1500

I am contemplating using my Zx1500 kicker with my 13w7. How much power would I putting into that thing? Are these mismatched as far as ohms? I was thinking about getting a JL 1000/1 instead and sell the kicker. What do ya think? All advice is greatly appreciated.

The kicker would work fine for power. as far as ohms I dont know

amp = 2ohms

w7 = idk

Itd work, jl is dual 3ohm, wire it too 1.5 to kicker and wang away

I hate to ask a dumb question but on the JL website it doesnt show a 1.5 ohm setup. I would greatly appreciate a diagram or something of that sort. Thanks again.

that sub is a dual 1.5 ohm So you can either wire the sub to 3 ohms or 0.75 ohms. At 3 ohms you'll get around 1100 watts to that sub which is good. You don't want to wire the subs to 0.75 ohms either, not good for the amp.
