Needed or not help

Hello, looking for advice on wether I need to install dash speakers

I have a std cab full size truck. Bought 6 1/2" component door speakers

To replace 6x9 3 way speakers. Putting 6 1/2@ in door And the tweeter in the upper corner of door panel. I bought another set of 4" 2 way speakers to possibly put in the dash.

I will have a sub, and midrange speaker, and tweeters. All in my truck.

Adding the 4" speakers is this over kill or will it make much sound difference??

the 6-1/2 comps with sub plenty in std cab. Besides those dash speaker locations are a P.I.A th access most of time.
