Needed for Big 3

So what else do I need for the Big 3 upgrade. I have the 0 Gauge wire, ring terminals and the other tools. Do I need to buy a battery terminal also? I am doing the big 3 before I hook up my amp.

You don't need battery terminals as long as you can fit the 1/0 rings on the stockers.

And my system is going to be running around 1200 watts. Is the Big 3 even necessary? I don't have a lot of extra cash laying around so I want to spend as little as possible...

You can get a set of terminals for cheap if you want.

I bought marine terminals at carquest for less than $10.

just like the ones in this link. I also did the big 3 in 0 gauge and the rings would not fit with my old terminals.

Any parts store is going to have those in-stock... they work good for the big 3

You can drill the 1/0 rings to fit the batter terminal...

They also make large 1/0 rings to fit battery terminals...you have to look. They're not all the same.
