Need wiring advice for running power wire....and Big 3

OK and for the ground, could I put the (2) 4 gauge wires in the same bolt/spot, or do they need to be seperate?

ill recommend making 2 different ground. get a circuit tester, and see if you get a negative reading. and for sure grind the paint off if any present. try to have the distribution block close to your amps, so that case you can have a very short run of 4 ga. i did the same thing, but i fused the 1/0 wire without knowing that it might catch fire if i didnt. lol
