Need To Make a Quick Decision

I just got a Pioneer DEH-P4800MP and need new speakers.

For the front I can:

Put Pioneer 4" TS-G1041R in the door

-or-

Put Pioneer 6.5" TS-G1641R in the door

-or-

I could spend $20 more and get 3-way 6.25" Pioneer TS-A1671R

I'd have to modify the speaker hole a little bit for the 6.5'' but I'm thinking it would be better sound...

Also, can someone please tell me why every site (Circuit City, Best Buy, Crutchfield) tells me the Infinity 6012I 6.5" speakers will not fit in the rear? I was all set to buy them today and am wondering if they won't fit right.

The car is a 1995 Toyota Corolla

My budget must be under $200.

I think that I will be going with the 6.5" TS-A1671R in the front just because they seem like the middle between the 4" Pioneer and the 6.5" Infinity's (unless someone thinks the TS-G1641R will be adequate or knows modifying the speaker hole will be difficult).

Also, I have a lot of people telling me either the rear speaker is the most important or the front is but no one agrees on one. If I get someone to tell me for sure that the Infinity 6012I's will fit than I was going to put them in the back.
