Need termlab near Worcester, MA - Exhaust Ticket

My brother got a ticket last night for his exhaust being too loud. We knew the cop was behind us, so he drove in such a way to not break any laws. We got pulled over for swerving around potholes, and the cop was a dick the whole time. He gave my bro a ticket for a loud exhaust, because thats all he could do and wanted to give him SOMETHING.

Does anyone have a TL around so we can measure the DB so we have evidence?
