because paypal is being gay and i have to do some bullshit with my bank so all i can o is personal purchaces or i would have. i was going to get 25ft of CF tech. but before i do, i have to enter the amount of money paypal sent me in a bank statement which i never got. till then, i cannot use paypal on any websites. just personal purchases

It's an expandable nylon sleeve that you can run wiring through to make it cleaner.
