Okay I've got around $200-$300 to spend on subs and an enclosure. Yea, tight budget and I know I can't get anything really amazing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif , but I was wondering if I could get suggestions on what is the best I can get in that price range. Thanks

Alright I'm in the process of buying stuff for a whole new system.

I'm buying a pioner premiere deh-p680mp deck and rainbow slc265 components from 6spdcoupe.

I wanted to figure out what subs to get though because I want to run a 4-chanel amp for both front speakers and bridge the other 2 for the subs. I figured I'd find subs to know more for what amp I need. So basically I still need an amp and subs.

I can dish out another 200-300 dollars for the amp, or 400-600 dollars for both together if you want to look at it that way.

Better. I was going to use an Usamps I/S 4085 to run my whole system but they are in short supply (disc) but I was able to find 2- usamps I/S 2080's (2x80, 1x270). I went with a single ID12 becuase I personally don't need more bass than that will provide in a hatchback. The ID12 was only 95 bucks shipped from sounddomain. I really don't know what your looking for in your system, as far as SQ or SPL, but I think in that budget you may be better of with a single sub.
