ok long sotry short.. its impossible to get me to fit kick pods in my car (well for 5-6 inch speakers).. and ever since i moved my tweeters poitning more straight back.. i love how they sound.. but the way my stock speaker locations are setup.. my mids are basically point at my ankles... and theres almost nothing i can do about it... since they sound kinda like they are playing "in front of me" it also tends to help my sub easy to locate.. so i figure the only way i can fix this is to run a 3 way system..
so basically im looking for an 8 that can fit in a door without an unreasonable amount of work or a 6... that can take power.. play pretty low and play up to like 500-700hz...
now im also looking for a 2, 3, maybe a 4) uppermidrange speaker that i can fit in my kicks next to my tweeters angled more towards me... and that would preferably accomidate the 8 or 6 above... but also be able to handle a decent amount of power (150ish watts)
so basically im looking for a 3 way setup without the tweeter...
