Need suggestions for a blow thru set-up

Looking for you guys to help me out, I'm planning on starting my new build. And I'm kinda stuck on the sub stage, looking to buy a single 15" that could handel a SAZ-3K daily. Would like to have the enclosure tuned to lower 30's to mid 30's. This is going in a '98 lincoln mark VIII...

socal...i'm going to have a DC Sounds Lvl 4 15" with upgraded suspension and coil...that will take that kind of power....if you want it..
