need specs for a box

hello all,

i need some help i just bought a pair of pioneer premeir 12's 4 ohm DVC 2000 watts max and i was wondering on what what type of box i should use. i am putting them in an astro van but need some help with the box for hella bass i am thinking ported is the way to go but realy dont know. help please!!!!

oh and i am running 2 rockford fosgate 1200 watts max to each one bridged.

well i would like it to be a little in between but if it has to be one or the other ...... probbly hard bass ...

First off, ignore the MAX ratings....they mean nothing...what is the RMS on the subs and the amps?

If you want 'hard bass', then you gotta go ported.

well the speakers are rated at 750 rms and the amps are rated at 550 or 650 i am not to sure about those.

Ok, happen to have the T/S params of the subs?
Also, what are the dimensions you have to work with?

And what are you looking for, a nice low end, or more SPL and a higher peak?

the room i am working with is 4' 5.5'' w 1' 4''d and height is 3' 7''

tell you the truth i realy dont know.... wich ever would be better i guess
