Need speaker and sub suggestions

I planning to build a system around a MB Quart raa4200 amp, which is

100x4 at 4 ohms. But I want to run as a 3 channel so 100x2 at 4ohms and

400x1 at 4 ohms. So what would be the best bang for the buck good set of 6 1/2 coaxials, that would sound good with about 100 watts. Also would like a good sub recomendation with 400 watts. Thanks in advance.
