I am designing an enclosure for my sub and amps and I need some ideas on what to use to get a shiny/reflective black for the main part of the wall. I was thinking maybe like a piece of plexiglass and use some low % windwo tint? Any suggestion?

Okay. thanks for the help. I'm not doing it myself, but I just wanted to give my installer exact plans and everything to follow. That way he doesn't need time to figure everything out and will keep the hourly rate down //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Also, can you sand the finish of plexi to give it a fogged appearance? There are 2 small areas that I may want something like this to be done.

you may be able to use a gell coat resin with a black pigment in it. Will come out smooth and glossy black. Should look really good. YOu can also use a carbon fiber laminate over the front of the box. THat would also look nice. Plexi Glass tinted would be more noticeable if it were to be scratched imo.
