i did the head liner and visors with swade and 3m adhesive, staples. it looks almost pro. is there a better way to do it or some tips? and how sould it paint the plastic trim parts? thanks

No idea, but for the plastic trim parts, just sand it down all nice and stuff, primer, and paint...

i'm painting a few of my plastic trim parts with truck bed liner (from autozone) here in a few days, i'll let you know how it goes.

well, i am just going to do a light sanding, but with 60 grit sandpaper. i have a can of Truck Bed Liner that I like to use, it's a textured spraypaint that is pretty durable.

what is a good primer and clear coat?

if you can, use SEM paint for your plastic pieces, spray with "ADHESIVE PROMOTOR" (by duplicolor) you can get it at autozone.

sand the surface lightly with 60 grit sandpaper. sand again with 100grit to get all the weird lump things off.

spray stuff.

follow directions

get SEM satin black (matte) and spray a coat to color it. then for texture, spray another coat from a distance to get the 'speckle' texture.

Interior paint, do a google serch there are many companies that make it, spray and canned

i mean take 60 grit, and don't GO TO TOWN and rub really hard, just rub it against the piece a little bit.

ok i just got finished doing my interior. what i did is buy used parts that were like new then i simply cleaned them real good with alcohol, then spray them with bulldog adhesion promoter then just use regular duplicolor automotive spray paint. turned out sweet.

sand with 80 to remove textture, the 180 BEFORE PRIMING.then bulldog or 7226(sherwin williams product i like) it, then 180 AFTER prime, REprime, then sand with 400-600, then spray your paint
