Alright guys i need some serious help. I just bought Undercoverpunk's Mag and i bought Wedge's a little while ago so now i will have 2 12" Mags. as of right now i have a audiobahn 1500hct which says it will do 1000w at 2 ohms and well that isnt going to be enough and the amp sucks anyways. i'm throin about 400 at the one i got right now in a 1.5 sealed box. i'm planning on going probably 2.2cu ft ported to 33hz when i get the other one in, but that isnt a real concern yet. i need a new amp that will power these monsters. im lookin to put around 1000 clean power to them. i need a reliable amp that will do it, not a cheap one. so far i came up with the IA 20.1, or an Orion 2500d.
Just need some suggestions and which amps will put out their actual power, not under rated ones. price range is around 400-600. i plan on going with a yellow top and the big three when this is all installed as well at least, possibly 2 batters if you think it would be better.
Edit. Just did some search and found the new ZX 2500 would do pretty nice. anyone other than spkrman have experience with this?
