Need some sealed building help

I don't know anything about box building so I am looking for some help. I just bought a Diamond CM310D4 and emailed diamond for some box info. They sent me this stuff and I don't really understand it

Internal Volume Box Type QTC F3 Power Handling

0.5 ft3 Sealed 1.2 58 Hz 500 Watts

0.75 ft3 Sealed 1.05 55 Hz 300-500 Watts

1.0 ft3 Sealed 0.9 52 HZ 300-500 Watts

I will be running it off of an Alpine MRD-501 amp at 2 ohms doing 550 watts so I guess I will need one of the first two. Could someone give me the dimensions I would need to build this? Thanks for any help.
