need some opinions

I have a friend who is trying to get 2 12's and a amp and seeming that this will be his first system. i suggested to him to get two comp vr 12's and a 900 watt soundstream digital amp. i reccommended digital so that is wont pull so much on the eletrical system on his car. does that sound like a good setup for him to get?

that or get a hold of some atlas's while they are only 100 bucks each. And the power they require is small too.
