Need Some Installation HELP!

This is my first time installing my own system...so here is what i have

-Profile HA1000 amp

-Scosche 4 guage amp wire kit

Now im planing to buy one sub, http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_8710_Pioneer+Premier+TS-W1207D2.html

or

Which sub should i buy? Which will be the easiest to wire up using the bridged rms output of the amp. Can someone show me a wiring digram to make things clear for me cause im a little confused.

of you buy the second one, they automatically upgrade you to the 1st sub. so instead of the fus, just buy the first one. cuz no matter what choice you have thats the one you will get.

I that the correct way to wire my sub to my amp?

Is it okay if the sub is rated at 400rms but my amp puts out 480 rms @ 4 ohms bridged?
