Increased jobs in the region, mostly in the service industry

You an say yes to crime but as for ************ It would have to really be legal in that area for it to be rampid. Now other considerationds you can say will be traffic (demand for wider roads) crime (mainly misdemeanors like fights, DUI's pety thefy)

Go look up some **** statistics on how much money it brings into other areas. Hell, I could make a 30-minute presentation out of this in an hour or two.

Well in doing an affective speah you don't want to be bios so you need you wave the pros and cons but here is the catch you want to make it sceam like there is more one than the other. So if you are for them than you will list alot of pros and a few cons. A good way to start a speach is with either a fact or an attention getter statement
