Somewhere around 4-5 CF tuned around 30-32Hz would be a good start, with around 80-100SQ" of port. I am not sure what that particular sub calls for but that should get you in the ballpark, and since this site now has nobody helping on builds anymore, I thought I would try to help you out...

Tuning depends on your personal preference, but I believe 6-7ft^3 is the norm for those Heavyweights. If you just want it to be loud as piss, tune in the mid 30's, lower 30's if you want a low end beast.
